Terms of Service – Perth Detailing Carstyle

Welcome to Perth Detailing Carstyle. By accessing our website and/or booking our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

SECTION 1 – PRICING

Perth Detailing Carstyle reserves the right to modify service prices listed on the website or other marketing materials without prior notice. Before each service, we provide a quote based on the actual condition of the vehicle. Factors that may increase the base price include:

  • Sand: $160

  • Animal hair: $160

  • Excessive mud/red dirt: $25–$2000

  • Excessive rubbish or dust

  • Vehicle size, shape, or specifications

  • Surface contaminants, hard stains, bodily fluids, vomit, or strong odors
    All prices include GST.

SECTION 2 – REWARDS

Members with a valid Carstyle Rewards Card are eligible for 10% off hand car wash and detailing services upon presentation at payment.

SECTION 3 – WEBSITE & BOOKINGS

  • Website prices are indicative only and may not always reflect current charges.

  • Opening hours may vary based on operational needs.

  • Gift cards purchased online are valid for 12 months.

  • Online bookings require full payment upfront.

  • Cancellations made less than 4 hours before the appointment will incur a $55 cancellation fee.

All payments are processed in AUD and include GST.

SECTION 4 – CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICY

We aim to deliver exceptional service and quality. In case a purchased product or booking is unavailable, we will contact you within 2 business days to offer alternatives, backorders, or a refund. Standard product delivery is within 3–7 business days.

SECTION 5 – REFUND POLICY

If you are not satisfied with the service, you must inform the manager before leaving the premises or immediately after a mobile service is completed. Refunds or corrective work cannot be guaranteed if complaints are made after the vehicle has left.

SECTION 6 – DAMAGE POLICY

If you believe your vehicle was damaged during our service, please report it before leaving the site. Once the vehicle leaves our premises, we are not liable for any unreported damage. We have security cameras to help resolve any disputes when reported on-site.

SECTION 7 – PAINT CORRECTION AND COATING SERVICE CONDITIONS

Our Cut & Polish and Ceramic Coating services are designed to enhance your vehicle’s appearance and protection. However, please be aware of the following conditions:

  1. Limitations: These services can reduce swirl marks, oxidation, and superficial scratches, but will not eliminate deep defects, rock chips, or damage under the clear coat.

  2. Paint Colour Sensitivity: Vehicles with black or dark paint may still show light marks under certain lighting. This is normal and expected even after professional correction.

  3. Pre-Existing Conditions: We are not responsible for factory paint defects, previous bodywork, or existing damage.

  4. Final Inspection: Clients must inspect the vehicle upon delivery. If a concern arises, it must be raised immediately. Complaints made after the vehicle leaves our location will not be accepted.

  5. Aftercare: Longevity of coatings depends on proper washing and maintenance. We are not liable for damage caused by improper care or automatic car washes.

SECTION 8 – GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason. You agree not to misuse our website or services for unlawful purposes.

We may include links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or accuracy.

SECTION 10 – PERSONAL INFORMATION
